Invoice Terms and Conditions
Payment of membership fees is due by October 31 each year to qualify for the early bird discount. If dues are not paid by December 31, your membership account will automatically lapse. Your membership will then be subject to review and/or suspension until payment is made. Non-payment of membership fees may result in the termination of membership.
Refund Policy
We regret that annual membership dues and meeting fees for guests and Life Members are not refundable. Should you require further information in regards to this, please contact membership@epcv.com.
Delivery Policy
Registration into events and programs are performed instantly upon the completion of your membership renewal application, event member registration, event guest registration and payment. Estate Planning Council of Vancouver will administer the purchased programs and services according to our published policies and procedures.
