I can’t login to my account. What do I do?
Please visit the member portal and click on ‘Forgot Password?’. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you continue to experience difficulty, kindly email info@epcv.com.
What is the membership term?
Membership terms run from October 1 to September 30, annually.
How do I renew my membership?
You will receive a renewal notice email in mid September. To renew, please login to the member portal, go to My Account > Membership and click the Renew Now button. You will be prompted to review your profile and will be able to make payment as part of the process.
I tried to renew online but it didn’t work.
Please email info@epcv.com for help with your renewal.
How do I register myself or a guest for a meeting?
Visit the Member registration page or Guest Fees and Registration for instructions.
How do I know I have registered for a meeting?
You will receive a registration confirmation when you first register for a meeting. No registration confirmations are sent to guests or for subsequent changes to your or their registration. Visit Member Registration > Step 8 for more information.
I didn’t receive a renewal notice
Please check your spam folder. If no email is there, please email info@epcv.com to request a new renewal notice email.
How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?
Please login in to the member portal and download receipts for membership dues and events. To access via the menu, click on My Account > Invoices & Receipts
My payment did not go through
Email treasurer@epcv.com and supply a few details if you can. We will check our transaction records and contact you. We may ask you to resubmit payment.
I can’t complete my registration or renewal
If you are having trouble registering or renewing your membership, please use Google Chrome. Firefox and Safari should also work. Kindly avoid Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge. Another option is to log in using a different device. If you are still having problems, please email info@epcv.com.
I’d like to request a leave from my EPCV membership
Should you wish the Executive to consider a request for leave from your EPCV membership please review the Request for Leave Policy and Procedures.
